*Bring a valid Health card and updated medication list to every appointment.
*Arrive MINIMUM 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
DO NOT:
*Book more then one appointment at a time, if you need to change an appointment you booked online you may cancel through the confirmation email and then rebook another appointment.
*Book PAP/cervical screening tests and Drivers Medicals Online.
